I am trying to recall a story & don't know how to look for it on the Web. Maybe y'all can help. It's possibly a Japanese folktale. A young girl carries water from the well to her home using two buckets. When she arrives home, one bucket has much less water. (maybe her father is upset?) As the seasons change she (or her mother?) note the side of the path with the leaky bucket is full of blooming wildflowers. That is all I can remember & would like a more complete version. I don't know if I read it as a child or only heard it as a story. Thanks in advance,
Susan
