WANTED: List of Seedaholics!

Isn't it nice to have a new Exchange for the UK?

As I know a lot of people have seeds to swap but didn't use the European Exchange much, I thought it might be useful to have a post of people in the UK looking for swaps.

I'm looking for unusual perennials and alpines (or other strange things). Click on My Page to see my list of seeds to swap and get in touch if anything takes your fancy.

If you also want to exchange seeds, add your post below so we end with a long (hopefully) list of potential swappers we can refer back to in the future.

Hello Crazylady,I collect seeds from the garden I have built over the last two years. Some are unusual. I've been a bit haphazard in the labelling etc. but I'm willing to get more organised and go on a swap list. I think it's a good idea.

hello i have many seeds of diferent kinds,must go and make a list.im interested in any giant veg seeds, catch you all later, bye.

I always wait, normally my germination isnt effected , I throw them in the fridge on the bottom shelf and they stay there, I start purching some seeds now till sept-oct time frame.. BTW the longer you wait, the cheaper alot of the same crosses are later. Im not saying wait, some sellers only have limeted stock on some crosses, some made dozens and dozens and will sell small batches for a few months, as you get to know the sellers, you can gauge when to bid on what. Some are fairly honest and tell you upfront, that this will be 1 out of 3 batches ect , (ruby who keeps certain crosses will tell you this from time to time) Silverkelt

Oh no, that's the first I've heard of an issue. First tab is the search field. Second tab is what I seek. Third tab is what I have in my collection. I'd love to trade though, let me know what piques your interest from my list and we can swap!

Hello Crazylady, you can put my name down. I have a few on my trade list and will be updating that soon with shop bought ones as well. Hope this takes off. If you look at the Round Robin list they have a super idea where they actually post the seed box to each person on the list and you take what you want add to the same value and then put in a little something special for the next person etc. They also include a CD on which you can add photos of you garden, etc. read up on it - sounds like it could be fun.
