I went a little rambler-happy when I ordered for the cemetery. There are quite a few big trees there, and I basically picked one for almost every tree. If Brian the caretaker doesn't want them all, I just may keep one or two for myself -- and save the rest for another cemetery I'm already eyeing. Mine was getting hit hard by Winter, and this Spring I dug it up and moved it to where it got more sun. Hopefully, this will allow it to ripen more before Winter sets in. For you, I doubt it'd make much of a climber. Even where it's warmer, it's more of a big sprawling shrubby thing -- look at pics of it on HelpMeFind. Of course, there is the question of whether you got the real thing. Some places sell 'R. brunonii' under that name. Others sell something else entirely. BTW, what is "Thema"? I can't find anything about that one. Was it a typo? :-) ~Christopher

Uh, no. I called the moment the storm hit and cancelled it because after one look at my back yard, I knew there was no way I could make it. I couldn't even get out of my own yard until the city came to clean up the trees later that PM. And then asking our guys to walk or come on the bus and having to get home in potentially bad weather is not happening. Rain is ok as they have umbrellas. If you can come during the week, we are open Tuesday and Thursday AM 10-12 for work, and we'll also be there to serve you. Next date is April 5th for a Saturday. My Saturdays are kind of full up until then getting my house and property stabilized, plus I have to begin working full-time at one of my "real jobs" to pay for the tornado damage here. GGG

It was awesome, Lisa! What I found intriguing was that the taste of both the giant and smaller ones was identical, just more fruit mass on the former. It was deliciously sweet, but at $3.99/lb, not cheap (ended up paying nearly $7.00 for the giant one). Marcelo P.S./Hmmm, those dragonfruits are $$. At the Publix I go to, they're about $1.00 less.

Kathy What you've got is not Black Krim. BK has regular leaves. . Most Potato leaf types are huge like that. I am growing just 2 varieties with PL. Brandy Boy has real big leaves. So, anyway, you won't be able to tell what you got until you have ripe fruit. Even then it can be a guessing game. Sey
