g'day not sure what your motives might be? just looking at your username is all.

but why don't you write a letter to the person you seek and then send that letter to bunning's warehouse if that person is there they will pass it on and it will be up to that person whether they contact you or not.

len, my motive is good. you right, I would write to the company and/or Radmila but I really don't know exact location.
She could be anywhere in Sydney. I lost her in a war exodus in former Yugoslavia.

***** I chose this site like many other ways to find lost person, it is heartbreaking .
I do apologize for the User name, yes it is embarrassing but it just happen to come to my mind in that moment, sorry.

good question (about survival)... king palms (and most palms for that matter) are pretty finicky about having their roots messed with. I would not have tried that for multiple reasons... first of all, every time I try to separate palms like that, they all die (exceptions are Howeas and 1-2 leaf seedlings). Secondly, king palms grow great in groups like that and end up arching away from each every making a wonderful, tropical look.

A new Aldi's just opened not far from us. There is another one on the other end of town but I had never shopped there. DH and I went in a few days after the madness of the grand opening wore off. It was ok but I would not buy meat there, mainly because I am very picky about where I do buy any meat when I do buy it. I had been told their chocolate is very good. My friend was right. They sell, for $1.99, large bars of very good Austrian and German chocolate. I would go back just for that. But not for much else. Maybe some fruit, and the breads and bakery items looked ok. We typically make only 1-2 grocery stops a week at our favorite regional store (Publix) and occasionally go to Fresh Market or Whole Foods. No Trader Joe's here, sadly.

Update: Monogram oven left Wednesday. (No pizza night this week!) But...DECISION MADE. I called in the payment today and DH is planning to pick it up this afternoon. I'm embarrassed to say that this whole thing had me suffering great anxiety to the point of feeling sick. People have cancer, seriously ill children, and other major life and death worries, and I was thrown about choosing an oven. Dumb. But, I didn't want to spend the ridiculous amount of money...as is anything over $1000 for an oven, if you ask me. The prices out there just aren't reasonable, but they're what we have to deal with. ANYway, I couldn't feel confident about the suitability and reliability of any oven but the Wolf for us. It made sense in so many ways, and after some angst of his own and listening to the results of my research, since DH agreed, that's what we're getting. I have set up a budget to help us handle the cost, and I hope it's realistic and will work. Time will tell. I've felt so much responsibility in making this decision and REALLY don't want to be disappointed or regret the expense. I hope I love it! Additionally, I hope I purchased from the right store. I had 2 reasonable choices with different pluses. It shouldn't be so hard to choose an oven and be assured it will arrive working and stay working. The gentleman who picked up my oven and gave me the refund check thought I was VERY lucky to have had GE agree to a refund. He said none of the manufacturers ever want to do that. They just want to keep trying to fix the original unit. He says he's installed new units that don't work, and he's always somewhat shocked and disappointed when he calls to get authorization to remove the defective appliance and trade it for another that works, but is told to leave it there and they'll send a tech to fix it. He said 'people spend all this money and if it doesn't work they're stuck with it anyway...And it's all up to the manufacturer whether they can ever get a replacement unit or a refund, and usually they don't want to do that.' Not great for consumers.

The steam from the the hot water won't kill your plant, sound like your friend triggered the traps. Another thing, if you used water from the compost to water your Venus flytrap, I suggest you change the soil immediately, the rich nitrogen will contaminate the growing media & will kill the plant. I suggest you by long fiber sphagnum moss, or use the true & tried mixture of 50/50. half part perlite & half part sphagnum peat moss, make sure the perlite & sphagnum peat moss hasn't been fortified with fertilizer or wetting agents; read the labels. Use distilled water, or 2nd choice if that's not available, reversed osmosis (R/O) water. One more thing, triggering the traps will eventually kill your plant. Th act of closing wastes a lot of reserved energy stored in the plant. The plant can easily tolerate one or two traps closed with no prey in them. But doing it too much will exhaust your plant, stressing your plant & eventually making susceptible to fungus infection. This could result into a smaller weaker plant, or at worse it may die. People have done everything right to grow their plant but the end up killing by triggering the traps frequently,

I probably wouldn't email them as you may be put in the 'too hard' basket.

Iwould like to know, as we are going overseas, how can we keep our potted rose plants alive for two months without water, is there something like jelly which can be placed inside the pot so that my mini rose plants can be without water for two months. Please give som e suggestion for this.
