I'm with cooperbailey! I prefer silence until Ellen comes on at 3:00. If I do turn the surround sound system on, it's for the dog as I am leaving the house. Then, I may leave it on for a while when I come home. We play Christmas music during the holidays, and I like to play Caribbean/Salsa/Reggae/Beach music when getting ready for a trip. I basically like all music but ROCK. When around town, or traveling by car, I usually play the radio, but occasionally get into my CD's. I tried to listen to The Help (a book on CD)while driving the other day and quickly decided that was not a good idea. After going a few miles on the interstate, I finally noticed that my daughter was driving beside and then in front of me in her car. She later said that she had been trying to get my attention for miles!

I'm hoping PPO will lay more eggs in that pot this year so there will be more babies to watch. The camera is down now but this will get you to the siet where you can read about them and see pictures. Type in Pot Plant Owl and go to the Africam site. Underneath the heading click on 'More on PPO' That takes you to the links, blog, Facebook, etc. I feel like a godmother to them.

I looked up Broken Dishes quilt block. I compared it to the windmill pattern and they look the same. Sometimes it is frustrating when a pattern has more than one name. One time I was in a restaurant bathroom and noticed an interesting tile pattern on the floor. My husband thought something was wrong because I was taking so long in the bath room. He laughed when I told him I was drawing the tile pattern that is on the floor. Suellen Here is a link that might be useful: Broken dishes pattern

Although the Balsa Wood (Ochroma pyramidale) does share some visual similarities, I haven't seen any photos that are an exact match for the ones around the campsite of the show - I do however, appreciate the suggestion. Their growth habit and shape of the crown is noticeably different. Although Sideroxylon is still a possible candidate, there isn't a wide enough sample pool of photos at their different growth stages. As it stands now, Platanus is the most likely candidate I think.
