Hello all, I have just discovered this sight, really great.Is anyone interested in swapping C.Ps. also have Tilandsias, airplants. I live in the beautiful area of Nelson.

I live in the beautiful area of Auckland..hehehe well I live just north of Auckland accualy.I don't know much about native carnivorous plants but they sound interesting,I have a copy (from where I work) of a new book (guide to native carnivorous plants)just wondered if you wanted a copy, I can send you a copy.And you send me an interesting carnivorous plant/seed/cutting,with instructions on how to care for them(I presume they take quite alot of looking after).

Anyone Tried Turface Fines for Carnivorous Plant Soil?

Fines (1mm or less in size) I typically just toss in with regular potting soil or mix for Sarrs. I generally don't get a lot of the really really small particles. I have used straight turface with pings and a mix of turface and coir for D. capensis, or utrics with no issues. If you have a lot of fines and a spare of one or more plants, I'd say go ahead and experiment. :-)

No I don't have a grow list. It would be too extensive of a task to do at this point. I have lots of leucophylla and flava I could trade. Most of my collection is seed grown so I don't have a lot of the popular clones. I like purple and black, frilly petals, funky looking stuff.
