Hula Pie!

Enjoyed it during our Hawaiian vacation this past summer.

It's a mile high, made with a dark graham cracker crust, macadamia nut ice cream, chocolate fudge sauce, and whipped cream.

DH and I shared it.

Makes me want to vacation there again - very soon!

I loved it so much, I bought the plate!

One of my Winter projects this year is to scan some old slides. A bunch of them are from when I first moved to New Mexico in the mid 1980's. Hiking down there at times was a real eye opener from hiking in the upper midwest.
