and I guess about 140 lbs

I brought sweet potatoes from our garden to make for Thanksgiving, and some of them had rather odd shapes.
I ended up make a dish that I got from the Cooking Forum, named Fiery Sweet Potatoes, that added coconut milk and Thai red curry paste to the sweet potatoes.

Ok, I try to guess the weight of that big fish, you know, just for the halibut. :-) 85 lbs.

Kat - yep, I was watching the scale while that guy basked in everyone admiration...
118 pounds! He cleaned and fillet it under 6 (six) minutes afterwards. I'm not sure which impressed me more:
size of the fish or the speed of fisherman.
And yes, it was taken in Valdez.

Man! I just showed the pic to DH and he guessed 120lbs! lol
