That's a nice thought, Mare. Rockwell meets Manhattan. :-) My grandmother was holding the turkey. At left is my dad's sister and (barely visible) her daughter. Across from them are my mom and my dad's sister's husband.

A couple of baby visitors from a few years ago. I had to relocate them as their mother was nowhere to be found. Casey, your pictures look like they could be oil paintings!! Beautiful surroundings you have there.

This is what the Bowring Park Wikipedia website says about this statue: The Peter Pan was erected in memory of Sir Edgar Bowring's grandchild, Betty Munn, who had drowned along with her father at the sinking of the Florizel at Cappahayden. The statue was unveiled on August 29, 1925 with the following inscription; In memory of a little girl who loved the Park.
