Question About Inspection

We have an offer on our house with one of the conditions being an inspection. The clause says "subject to the buyer...obtaining and approving an inspection report against any defects which reasonably may adversely affect the property's use or value."

Our house is less than one year old and we have an original warranty that is 2-5-10. My realtor just called me to tell me that the buyers are coming tonight to do the inspection. They are not getting an inspector to inspect our property but are coming themselves to ensure that the taps work etc.

My question. Should I get something from the buyers that they waived the inspection or is removing the clause and going through with the deal enough? Assuming that they do.

We have had some instances where the buyers have be less than honest so I am worried about their intent. Any suggestions for dealing with this or words of advice? Thanks in advance.
