Garden Of The Gods: Horse Head On The Canyon Wall, it's about 60' up...

First elephant to see while on safari.
He was alone, ears flared, telling us to "go away".
Guide said he was probably 55-60 and living alone, cast off from elephant tribe, to finish out his years in solitarity.

Phyllis back when I was sewing all the time and had my sweet Garfield kitty his favorite place was drapped over the top of my sewing machine, his legs dangling. Not easy to sew with that going on! I guess he liked the warmth and maybe the vibration. And of course the attention.
