Wok on Fire, do you have one near you?

Have you ever been? It was SOOOOO good!

You fill your bowl with fresh noodles, cabbage, carrots, celery, and a bunch more vegetables, then you add the meat. paper thin slices of chicken ro beef, that are actually frozen (keeps them to the right temp I think) Then you add the sauces, garlic, mongolian, hot, just to name a few. Then you take it to the counter. There is a HUGE big HOT iron table, and several 'cooks" working there. They dump your bowl and sauces on the steel top (flat wok? ) and cook away.. adding sauce if it needs it. They will give you a scoop of rice if you like! We took ours home to eat... it was still HOT! YUMMY GOOD! lol
