I'm making that rotisserie chicken in the crock pot. Its pretty good if you haven't tried it, easy too. Some artichokes that I cooked in the pressure cooker, biscuits and some leftovers with it.

In the spirit of the All-Star game, my family has requested hot dogs. I also got Nathan's fries (frozen) since we usually only get these when we attend a game. Now if I can only manage to have soft-serve Carvel in the house it would be just like being there!

Jamie, it's really simple. I don't even follow a recipe anymore, but this is what I use. Tuna Casserole 1 large can albacore tuna, drained and flaked 1 can mixed peas and carrots, drained (sometimes I use Veg-All) 1 can cream of celery soup (this time I used cream of chicken) 1 healthy big spoon full of sour cream, if you have it 6 oz. grated cheddar Crushed potato chips (I like lots of these) Mix the tuna, vegetables, soup, sour cream and a little of the cheese together and pour in a greased 8x8 casserole. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, then potato chips. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes. Add more of whatever you like. This is really a guideline.

We picked up several Italian subs and a big bag of chips, and headed over to a dear friend's house, whose mom died this week. This was supper for all of us. We had a wonderful afternoon and evening with her, her hubby, her eldest daughter whom I dearly love, and her sweet hubby. Good food and good friends to share with just can't be beat.
