Good morning to all! Lucy, I love that color of cosmos. When I sowed some poppy seeds in a long rectangular pot, I put a piece of lattice on top because I knew the birds would be having a field day eating up the seeds! Of course you can't cover up the ground when you scatter wildflower seeds so don't know what the solution would be. Hope more flowers are just slow starting for you.

Thank you Jeff - this is so true! Thanks for posting. Frances

We had fun and lots of fun. Son in law's parents from CA and our son from Mi plus others all weekend. Bar B Que--baby baptisim--left overs and everyone brought food. Good weather, except a quick shower last night.

Mass is at 4:30 for us. I am ill hearing about "sing along" services. We really have lost our way. When my MIL was alive we would go with them to the Children's play~ her churches excuse for a Christmas service. Have we really forgotten we need to Thank and Praise HIM for all our blessings, particularly today!!
