I'm worried about my furbaby

My kitty, Baby, has stopped eating. She is 18 yrs old and this is the third day she has not eaten. I don't think she is drinking water either. She acts like she wants to, but I've tried a number of different canned cat foods, plus some warmed up grave and she just sniffs it and walks away. She is getting so very thin.

We went thru this with her about 1 1/2 years ago and the Vet said she was in kidney failure. She wasn't eating then either, so he gave me some pills to give her and it gave her an appetite. I gave her one the pills this morning and it hasn't made any different. We have bad weather here today with a lot of blowing snow. I'll see if the snow stops and if the roads are plowed, tomorrow, If so. I'll call the Vet and take her in. If there is something that can be done without heroic measures, we sill do that , if not I'll have to make "that" decision. I promised her I will not let her suffer. Thanks for listening. Dottie
