Glenda, I agree you can't get much better than that--especially the crab bisque. And the frozen yogurt ;-) Raven, I haven't had fried chicken in ages and it sure sounds good. Wish KFC was closer! Georgysmom--aah, tomorrow is your dinner party. Everything sounds delicious. I'll probably take our decorations down this weekend, too. I got them up so late I'm still enjoying the tree at night. But our HOA says we have to have them down by Jan. 6. Bah humbug! Shirley, I'd eat Stouffer's every night if I had my druthers--well, maybe not every night but I sure do like their entrees. YogaLady, that doesn't sound like a very fun day. And I know quite well the stress you feel. I'm the opposite. When I feel stressed, I can't eat. Would you mind if I changed the name to Hawaiian Cole Slaw so I can serve it at the luau I am planning? And I think I will use dried cherries. And maybe add a little pineapple. Thanks for the recipe.

I never make coleslaw my family does not like it. But, I do serve it at my elementary cafeteria~~they send us this awful huge jar of yellowy mayo junk taste awful and too heavy for me kids never took it. So I had left over ranch dressing one day we used it and the rest is history the kids gobble it up now:) I use ranch on my potato salad for my family and they love it I am always asked to bring it.

Hellman's and Best Foods are from the same company. Some claim it's the same, some claim slightly different. I've had Hellman's once and won't buy it again. Water has more taste than Hellman's has. But if it's what you buy it's what you buy and if the top was sealed I wouldn't worry if you've checked the expiration date on it. If it looks OK and smells ok and has been stored properly there shouldn't be anything to worry about.
