Deb lol, no it was after one of those rare rare rain drizzles we had last fall lol. Your eyes are ok they are just in the wrong season rofl. Barb thanks. It is not me being a good gardener. It is them being good plants and good nature to ME. Daniella I did plant some castor beans too. Since a sweet person send me some seeds. They are really growing so easy. The picture I posted a short while ago was from a sword bean. Which let me tell you. Grows a LOT faster and is huger then the castor bean leaves in the beginning lol Eloise I betcha Kylie can give us a update on how many days till spring and all of us running around ripping our hair out because there is way to much to do to find a place for all our brug babies and making them happy lol But we are SO ready ..right gang? dlm, last time we went to Chicago (have been only once, and that was with adults only) we got Garretts popcorn in the airport. Does that count? ;) Thanks for all the ideas so far. Fortunately (or unfortunately, depending on how you look at it), we have an American Girl store not far from us, so BTDT, and she is almost "over" AG these days anyway. She might still enjoy taking a look, but I don't think I'd plan our day around it. I'm going to check out the Museum of Science and Industry web site. She wouldn't want to spend a whole day in any museum, but we could check out the highlights, maybe. She does like science. I'm going to look up some of the other places you all mentioned, too. The story behind this trip is that DH and DS are going to Chicago for DS's 16th birthday (a tradition in our house -- when you turn 16, Dad takes you away for a weekend) to see the Cubs play the Red Sox (we're from Boston). DD and I are crashing their party, but we need to pretend we don't know them so they can do their "guy" stuff. From there, we're all heading to San Francisco, where we will be allowed to stay together a family again!

Ah, another fun cruise for you! That would be in February and Nita usually comes to Florida for her father's birthday. Then she and Carol roam the Florida countryside visiting KT friends. I sure hope they will plan to come to Ocala again. I call them "Thelma and Louise" haha! They have the best time! The Amazon cruise would be awesome, but it how hot is it there in July? I'm big on keeping cool these days ;-)
