I'll second that. I love getting together and meeting KT'ers. Big get togethers are great, but the smaller groups gives you the opportunity to visit and get to know one another better.

I LOVE get-togethers! Had a lovely lunch on the lake when MtnWomanBC came to my area visiting several years back and spent an afternoon with Wildchild walking around the Japanese Gardens and enjoying a nice meal when I was up in her area a couple years ago ... would love to meet the rest of you some day!

I just got together with Wildchild for lunch yesterday....we had a great time eating Japanese food and talking and laughing a lot. Too bad it was such a short visit.
I am hoping to meet MntWomanBC at the end of this week.
I have always had great times at KT get togethers...unfortunalely a lot of the women I met no longer post here. I am glad Jodie is still around!

It was great to finally meet everyone and put a face to the name. And we couldn't ask for better weather that day. I hope we can do it again soon and lots of other area KTers can join us.

Funny how you see yourself in the mirror everyday but don't really see yourself till you see a photo. I took one look at this one and the first thing that popped into my head was I need a b**b job. LOL Am I going to get censored for that word?

Anyway, the restaurant is The Whole Enchilada, in Moss Landing. It has Mexican-seaside decor, and is really beautiful. It has a nicely divided main room and a lovely patio, but it's too chilly now for the patio, where we took the picture. We all had Mexican food (I went for Tex-Mex, with a chimichanga) and afterwards, cinnamon coffee.

What did we talk about? Hmmmmm..... the KT, and who's been sent to the teacups, and what other forums we visit, and our families, and on and on. There were lots of hugs and laughs. Did we feel like we'd known each other forever? IMO sort of. I'm an introverted person and it takes me awhile to relax with strangers, but I felt so comfortable. There are some remarkable people posting here!

Oh, how FUN!!! You all look like so normal that I would never guess one of you is an ax murderer... :-) No - wait. That was a Tulsa get together. Thanks for posting the pic. Food and atmosphere sounds great, as does the company.

Clare, I had a b**b job 5 weeks ago. The best thing I ever did for myself. I went from a DDD to a C. My back is better, I don't have problems buying clothes! If you are considering it DO IT!!! You will never regret it. Charlene
