Need help with creative wording

I am making some little signs for Christmas, and I am hoping to match the sign to the person so to speak. Make them more personal.

I am stuck on 1 person. If I explain his personality can you help with a saying that would be amusing and cute?

For instance, one of the gals I work with never can remember her keys, wallet, etc. So her's says " I know I came into this room for a reason..."

The one I am stuck on:

Male, age 52 loves garage sales and getting great deals, probably a dumpster diver when nobody is looking lol, he's very energetic, and collects everything from stamps to 60's era things. He's just finished having a lake home built and will retire in the next few years. He's hyper as all get out, is a DIY kinda guy and a really fun party type person.

Any ideas?

I can't believe he's almost 3 too...the time goes by so fast. It's strange to think that in less than the amount of time as he is old (did that just make sense?? lol), he'll be starting kindergarten. Yikes! He is soooo funny. The things that come out of his mouth crack me up. He has conversations with himself all the time, it's quite entertaining to listen to.

Four - thanks for your comments - KD is hiding from me today - guess I will have to make a cameo at the store tomorrow.... LocalEater - those are cute - but probably too small for this space - but good ideas! I have lots of bears and lots of ceramic pots - but I think I need some height. We have these great whimsical characters in our bathroom but I like them there - I also have a sculptured tree over the fire place. Deedles- The ceiling is ceiling white - believe it or not, I never had ceiling white in my houses - so this is a first. eBay would be a good choice - I think it would be a great idea - I think I will return the copper tub - it shines so nicely - I was thinking of adding seasonal items in it. I looked it up and no red squiggles! Here is the spelling per Webster mascarpone Springroz - The tub is from Williams Sonoma - cost about 200 - but I can just return it. Can you use copper on induction? I know copper by itself won't work - but wonder if they ever bond it to other materials.

Thank you!! Sorry this is the first time using this app. I appreciate the feedback. For the time being I want to keep the shelves. They are quite textured so I plan on sanding them and painting them. Adding books and some other simple decor. Definitely removing all of the trim. Im slowly learning my style as this is my first home. I like simple, clean, not so sleek and modern / cold feeling. What color scheme do you think would be good on the outside? Thanks again!!

Maybe some pictures from the 60's of items. You should be able to print from the internet. And put the original prices? Slightly used items for sale.

What cute ideas.

"I'm way to busy to be organized"

My sister gave me a frig magnet years ago with that saying on it. I finally felt like I had her approval and she understood why my house seems to stay in such a state of dusty disarray. It meant a lot to me.

Ok you two....yes he is married lol, I don't know if I could be around him too much, he is really hyper. REALLY hyper!
