Karen, Thank you very much for your concern. The tragedy is enormous, hundreds of people died and a lot of them are missing. Some towns just desapear from the map! I'm ok I live in Sao Paulo, 10 hours by car from the tragedy, Sonia lives in Rio but not in that place. I believe this is the result of global warm and massive destruction of nature. The people build their homes up in the hills, not considering the soil conditions and the government does not do what it should be done. What I've been seeing at tv is horrible, you guys have no idea what is happening here. Sorry for my English mistakes.

Hi everyone, We are back from the vet. She said that she thought he looked pretty good, but has lost some more weight, so based on that, she is still pretty certain that it is cancer that we are dealing with. We did a full blood panel on him to check his liver values, as well as his thyroid and kidney numbers too. (he is also hyperthyroid and has Chronic renal failure). So the next step is hoping that those still look o.k. You know, I can't complain, he is still here after 7 months. It's more than I though I would have with him. Of course. I am still holding out for that miracle that Flamingo spoke of with her cat!!! Quick pic waiting to eat my dinner!!
