Happy Birthday Kathy Jane. I can remember the first time you posted here...bouncing in like a little butterfly and then backing off like maybe you had intruded. It probably took a couple more posts and a poem for us all to realize what a treasure you were,and still are. Your kindness and caring for others overflows offline and on. Oh my! I'm just seeing this! Thank you all for the Birthday wishes. My DH, Grands and the only daughter I have living close to us made for a wonderful birthday! There was lots of candy, hot dogs with homemade chili, cheesecake going on here! LOL! It has to be a special day when I get to eat a hotdog. The kids were happy and we gave candy out to about 1000 kids. My daughter lives in a wonderful neighborhood that caters to the trick or treaters. One man said that he had been bringing his children, to this neighborhood, for 10 years! Wow! I've never seen so many children at once! It was loads of fun! Chase, that hunky man of mine would do anything for me but Snake River is now Embers and we don't like it :-(. We are getting a new Casino called Mojito Point that will have a Snake River inside of it! Yay for us! I think it will be about another 1 1/2 years before it's finished... Thank you again my friends for the lovely Birthday wishes.

Just stretching your birthday out a little....I like that kind of birthday better anyway. Sometimes my birthday will stretch out the whole week. Going out to lunch one day with a friend....the next day with cousins the week end with family....you know what I mean. More fun that way.... So....HAPPY BIRTHDAY AGAIN....and you aren't even older than yesterday...well except just one day......lol patti

Good Christmas Morning Everyone!

Our Summer was/is one busy gal these days, but I bet she'll be here later.

Thanks for all the good wishes. The family took Summer to Red Lobster for a late lunch...soooo yummy! Later, we went back to her lovely home for some holiday cheer and loads of laughs.

Hi Carol, I remember the Cup o' Gold thing. :)

Sorry Dea, but I don't recall the fried chicken event...maybe Summer does since she's younger than me. lolol

One thing I got Summer was Nora Ephron's latest book, "I Remember Nothing"...I also got her a calender. We both had a laugh about that. LOL

Hi everyone and thank you SO VERY MUCH for my birthday wishes. It means the world to me to have such sweet friends. And yep, of course I remember your fried chicken Dea, silly girl. And those Cup 'o Golds Carol, you saved my life. I thought I'd never get to enjoy another one. I still love those things. Probably a good thing I can't get my hands on them very often. May have to make a run to CA and load up.

The grandbaby is here and he's keeping us all busy. Santa came early and stayed late so we're all behind. LOL
