I guess I'd change my feet too, but mine are FLAT, and I have painful ankles from it.

I've always wanted to be about 3-4 inches taller. But, when you mentioned feet, I changed my mind.

I can't wear most boots either. UGGS are my best bet because they are soft leather. But, I wish I could wear Dressy Boots. Thanks to a broken toe that healed wrong I have to wear very soft leather.

So, I say "feet".

The way my hair falls. It falls forward, and I have a cowlick. Makes it a pain to "do".

My hair, no question. I have a big cowlick to the right of center, then the other side gows forward. It's been a pain all my life, The only way to make it the least noticeable, is to have a permanent. I'd love to wear my, straight as a board, hair in nice styles, but can't.
When I'm complaining though, I think of those who have lost their hair, and it shuts me up.

I have some other hair thing - can't remember what I've heard it called. In the middle of my forehead, my hairline comes down to point.

I have this long scar on my right thigh. I would love to have it gone.

I earned it thanks to a drunk driver that ran a stop sign, and I ran right in to him cause there was no other place to go, 58 mph on a highway.

At least I was lucky and did not have my small children with me. This happened in 1977

I can't believe nobodys said their big butt or a double chin! Wow! I just need body-wide liprosuction. My DS's friend had that done and oh my! She was here one day and I thought she'd have a perfect figure if it wasn't for her pones. Good grief! The next time I saw her she did have the PERFECT figure. She said it didn't hurt much.

I would get rid of the wrinkles, cellulite and saggy skin, but since that's not an option, I will be happy with my 'mature', normal body!

I'd love to be taller. I'm with Deb there only I'm smaller than 4'10" with age. If I was taller I would fit into my weight better! ;-)

Wow! I was thinking while making my evening coffee, how nice it would be if I were a good 6 inches taller (I'm 5'2") ... got here, sat down, opened the laptop - and saw OKwriter's post!

Oh and yes, my toes; I wish they were a lil shorter - I have to wear size 8 shoes or else my toes get cramped :(

It would have to be my hair ... the rest of it is within my own control. My hair's very fine and there isn't a lot of it. It doesn't hold a shape well, doesn't hold curl well, just kinda sits there. Plus, I have a high forehead which I don't like.

My butt/hips too. I'm 5'1" so if I added about 5 or 6 inches that would really help. Since I know I won't be getting any taller, I better get my other knee done, so I can start walking in the Spring, and get my fat ass moving.

Rita, that's a widow's peak. I like those! Makes your face more heart shaped, I think.

If I could only change one thing, I would like prettier teeth. ($20K is all I need!) lol Someone gave me tetracycline as a child and it's affected the color of my teeth, dangitall. Bleaching doesn't help as it goes all the way thru the teeth. I'd have to bleach every day for a year and I know I'd get sick of doing it. I want veneers!

Lot of things, get rid of the fat, lift the boobs, I have the teeth problem too, Flamingo, flurosis (sp?) and now my childhood fillings have fallen out and those teeth are breaking. My nose, it's crooked and has a bump on it (this is after rhinoplasty!). White eyebrows, I can deal with my hair going white but why do my eyebrows have to go white?

I would like to get rid of the face wrinkles, neck sag and lumpy saggy arms. And what a blessing it would be to not have these knees that cause me such grief.

I'd be taller. Definitely. I could handle my big feet if I were taller.

My weight ~ I would like to be thinner. I diet/exercise, lose weight, then gain it all back! Need more discipline! LOL

I would love to be able to see without glasses. Can't tolerate contacts and am legally blind with glasses off. Carry a spare in my purse in case of breakage.

I have always hated my neck...I have a very short neck (which makes for a double chin) and the men and women on my mothers side carry their weight in the back and around the middle. Someone once told me that my build was very European (if that makes sense.) I have great legs, good hair and really pretty green eyes, dimples and pretty hands. But I sure would like a more "Venus" type figure..I don't remember ever having a beautiful waist.

I have always loved the tall and lanky look...well maybe in my next life.

I use to be average height but have shrunk a couple of inches. I always wanted to be tall. I had a girlfriend in HS that was 5'9" and I always envied her but she hated being taller then the boys.

I also would change my nose from a tiny snip of a nose to one that is more elegant. Lets see, what else. Oh yeah, longer neck and longer eye lashes, high cheekbones and more of a chin. And the flat feet got to go too. I think that about covers it. But it is a little too late in the game to change things at 50 something so stuck with what I got.

I'm also only 4'10" and have always dreamed of being 5'5"! But, I would also love a different hair type and wish my feet weren't so wide. A size 5 wide is hard to find.

Sheesh...all of the above except wanting to be taller, and I don't have white eyebrows (yet)...just frequent super long 'wild' ones.

I've also wanted to have bigger boobs. When my weight is 'up' they are small. When I lose a little weight, they are almost outta site! I no longer wear a bra unless I'm going out somewhere or I am expecting someone for a visit.

I would have a flatter stomach.Any weight i ever gain,goes right to my stomach,but when i lose weight the stomach doesn't shrink.I would also like smaller boobs,but that's an inherited thing,so i don't see that happening either.

I inherited my big, stuck out ears from my father & went thru a lot of taunting/teasing in school because of them. That's the only thing I'd change.

Oh Deb, 4'10" is my height too!... Well, when I'm standing up that is. In my wheelchair, minus the 10 inche, I'm 4 ft from the ground!

Instead of MY attribute, could I change my wheelchair's attribute? Turn this into an iBOT. Not only it can climb stairs but it can stand up and balance the wheelchair on its back 2 wheels. Now that's adding height without any surgery!

My double chin, hate it! I also have this round ball of a chin. I'd change that too. OK now I'm going to be obsessing over my chin/chins all day lol.

When I was younger, I always wished I had long slender legs instead of short muscular legs.

Now I just I had a body that didn't hurt!

Remember that Extreme Makeover show that used to be on tv where they did all the plastic surgery? That's what it would take to make me presentable.

Sounds like kathi_mdgd and I have the same body. Even when I was a smokin' hot 20something I had a kangaroo pouch. The boobs don't bother me as much.

My teeth, definitely. I can live with everything else, even though some of it I don't like. I have genetically soft teeth, and I need a lot of work done, like 10's of thousands of dollars. I'd like to have them all pulled and just get false teeth, but I can't find a dentist who will do it.

Only thing I can think of, is there should be more of me. Maybe if I was cloned, I could spread even more joy, and sunshine to the world.
