ijenson, it looks like it! I googled and found this video on the Arrowmounts gizmo. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0LnMK9RWeZo It is sold lots of places online. Looks pretty cool to me. I didn't know there was an option for flip-out-of-the-way.

From what I have seen so far the quality of the image on the TV behind the mirror once turned on is not acceptable. Not saying they have not improved, but with as great as TV's are today, I'm not willing to sacrifice the image. Maybe consider a wall cabinet to conceal the TV instead.

I like Jan’s idea, a lot. It‘s very clever! And that white one that she selected is a great piece for that. It’s a very nice option! But I’d just like to say that you do not have to go traditional to get a taller sideboard. Look around - and you will also find modern ones that are taller. You can do searches for ‘tall modern sideboards’, ‘modern tall sideboards’, etc. Plus, a bar cabinet can also double as a sideboard... depending on the style of the bar cabinet; so you can keep that in mind, too - if you really want taller. And if you are going to use the piece as a bar cabinet and coffee station, I do understand why you would want taller. As another idea, this ”Retro” sideboard/cabinet is over 43 inches in height. Comes in a variety of colors. I think with your tv stand, the white is great; but any of the colors could potentially work, depending on how you set it up. https://www.overstock.com/Home-Garden/Retro-Storage-Cabinet-Fluted-Glass-Buffet-Sideboard-with-Shelves-and-Doors-Metal-Accent-Console-Table-Entertainment-Center/35753893/product.html?opre=1&option=68879039 If you don’t want all your stuff showing through the glass, you could strategically place window film in some spots. This one below is over 38 inches tall - so not as high, but a bit higher than some of the current standard buffets. And just to mention, Etsy.com is a great resource for many things, including art. You can often find some nice pieces, and at times custom options, at great prices. something like this could also be outfitted with some mirrors. This one below is nice, too - but I don’t think it’s as high. Btw, you could put two of these together also, for a longer ’counter’; but the style on the one that Jan shows is better than this one for that trick. Her’s would give you a more interesting look, I think - if you wanted to do two of them together like that. There are so many options. And, again don’t rule out bar cabinets. :)

That is a large sofa for a small LR. You might want to live with the sofa before committing to tables. You can use boxes to mock up table size in the room itself. You could also make a scale drawing of your room, with furniture included, or use a room designing app.
