Not a fan of creamers - but DH has vanilla creamer in his every morning.

I like mine black, but once in a while I like a splash of LOL heavy cream.

I've been using evaporated milk straight from the can.

I don't drink coffee any more (boo hoo), but when I did, I used cream, milk, or half/half. Can't even stand the smell of the flavored stuff, or flavored coffee, for that matter.

I did occasionally use a tad of cocoa powder, and that was tasty with cream and sugar!

I love the pumpkin spice too Glenda. I used to always juse the french vanilla creamer then one day I took a sip of my coffee and I literally gagged. I can't stand the stuff now. So weird.

Pasturized fat free half & half -- keeps long enough for DH and me. I want to taste the coffee, not a flavor.

Just plain old black coffee, I love creamers but they do not love me;)

My "everyday" creamer is CoffeeMate Sugar Free French Vanilla, but I LOVE their seasonal flavors, such as Pumpkin Spice and Eggnog Latte.

I usually use half and half (I don't understand fat-free half and half. Isn't that an oxymoron?) I like the flavor of creamers but the ingredients list scares me away from them.

chisue: a friend of mine told me about the fat-free half/half but just be careful as it can be quite high in sugar. For me, I'm better off sticking to the regular half/half.

That's the problem with the flavoured coffee creamers is their sugar or sodium content and a bunch of ingredients in them that I can't pronounce..

Normally, I drink coffee black. On occasion, I do like to add some International Delights Hazelnut creamer. I am going to try the creamer from Aldi - have already put it on my Aldi's shopping list.

No artificial crap in my coffee. Those sweetened "creamers" are chock full of nasty chemicals, and the powdered stuff is even worse. :)

I don't think anyone is knocking other preferences. The question was what kind of creamer we use so personal opinions and the reasons behind them seems fitting.

Wish I could drink coffee, but had to change to tea. No milk in tea , but when I drank coffee, I love to use different ones. But love the stronger flavors.

Since I read the question earlier today, I noticed the lineup of coffee creamers at the supermarket this afternoon. And what a lineup it was! Multiple shelves of every imaginable flavor. And then I saw the long, long lists of ingredients. All sorts of chemicals and sugars. Oy.

I like it so much, that I keep a couple of containers in the freezer.

I use half and half. It tastes better to me. For flavor, I prefer to use a flavored coffee so I don't get a sweet taste.

You're right, alisande, it's important to read labels carefully. Many of these products contain trans-fats in addition to many hideous sounding chemicals.

The FDA announced that trans-fats will be banned as of some future date, but for some reason there are companies that continue to make food products with them. It's irresponsible.

Coffee always black. But I do enjoy a nice Cappucino, which is 50% milk!

I have never tried coffee creamers because I think they might be sweet and I don't like sweetened coffee. If I have a large coffee from Tim Horton's or McDonald's I get 1 cream which is even too much for me. At home I use milk just to add a bit of colour. but not much. Are those coffee creamers sweet?

I still have to add sweetner to mine as I'm a sweet coffee drinker.

In New Jersey I buy it at Shop Rite. Here in NE PA I buy it at Price Chopper in Matamoras. What food stores are near you?

I used to use Coffee Mate years ago. The canisters make cute snowmen you can attach to a string of lights - I had a row of them - that's how much Coffee Mate I used to use.

You "can't stand flavored coffee," but you put cocoa powder in your coffee to flavor it.... Interesting.

Not interesting...just a pinch of real cocoa powder to a good cup of coffee. That's a whole lot different than the flavored creamers or flavored coffees. Do you have any idea what goes into the flavoring of coffee beans? Or how old and stale those beans are?

Maire, Price Chopper will probably do it for me. I go to the one in Scranton at least once a month. Also in my travels are Wegman's, Weis, and Walmart. The W's. ;-)

I like the taste of many of the flavored liquid creamers, but I try to avoid chemicals & sugar. I just use plain half & half.

Coconut milk, usually the SO delicious brand. No dairy, no soy, doesn't raise bad cholesterol and I like it for my cereal too.

I usually drink my coffee black but for some reason have bought WalMart's brand of chocolate carmel and add it occasionally to my morning coffee.

Land O' Lakesî Mini-Moo'sî Half and Half Creamer I think there are 24 in a box and sit on the shelf I like to pour them in a bowl for the cats too. They also make other flavors I think one is carmel and is good

On weekends, I make a latte and use either sugar free hazelnut syrup or just today, I used sugar free pumpkin spice. I don't really care for it that much, but I have the whole bottle to go through......
