Can I save this cranberry sauce?

I made the cranberry sauce recipe that call for cranberries, orange juice and sugar. The recipe says it thickens upon cooling. I made mine around noon and it is still soupy (It has been in the fridge for hours). Can I reheat or add something to thicken it? I need to take it (or the canned stuff) to a dinner tomorrow. TIA
