Is it okay if we use this thread as tonite's what's for dinner topic? I hope others add theirs here as well.

I made breaded pork chops with simmered green beans and leeks. Boiled potatoes with butter and sour cream. Also finished a bowl of jello and whipped cream.

Cold windy day, but no snow yet. I raked more leaves and there are 13 yard waste bags of leaves at the curb for tomorrow's pickup.

I was wondering the same thing, jasdip.

I made pulled pork today. Had some over a potato, and added a side dish of plain french cut green beans.

I made gazpacho using tomatoes, bell peppers, jalapeno peppers and cucumbers from our garden. Followed by a dish of diced potatoes, yellow squash, and smoked sausage slowly cooked in frying pan. Dessert is a slice of blackberry made from blackberries picked in the yard.

We had the neighbors over last night for a BBQ and I have left over ribs, boiled baby red potatoes, and roasted corn on the cob. And the best watermelon I have had in a long time, grown on the farm and bought right from the field. I love those kinds of leftovers.

Matti: Your meal tonight sounds like it would fit right in with your Weight Watchers program. How are you doing with it? Jasdip: You've had a busy few days. I like a good beef stew. I've never thought of mashing the two different potatoes together. But I will give it a try. Stacey: All those vegetables would be a real treat. I really like greek yogurt. O.P. --- edit the subject. We just put leaves in a pile. Home made pizza coming out of the oven, piled high with goodies.
