20 minutes a pound is a good estimate of time but you really should invest in an instant read thermometer....no guessing, pull it out at 155-160 and let it rest covered for 10-15 minutes.

Advising others is iffy, in an internet forum. Perhaps the precise term needed goes missing, or a key concept is missed. There comes a point when it is better not to play plumber. There is nothing in there about a Group as large as the one you just described. Either your AHJ will consider it all still part of the Group, or not... My bet is yes, it's going to be do-able as a Group, for the reasons described in the other thread linked to in the OP about Groups. It can be done with one P trap. It can be done with two P traps. If you have two P traps or want two P traps, the connection point fitting to use is very very particular. If connected that way, then if a draining sink got stoppered, the water draining already in the DWV pipes would siphon the other sink's P trap out, break the seal and allow sewer gases into the house. I hope that explanation meets the post-posting pick-apart scrutiny test. If your Wye you wrote about was intended to go vertically, it's also a no-go. A Wye would make the trap arm do downhill at 45 degrees, and that is a 3/4 S-trap (a no go). The reason is that you want to ensure your trap arm always remains in the horizontal plane (with a minor slope) until it reaches the vented DWV pipe. Remaining horizontal allows the trap arm to self-vent. So, no to the Wye connection. An exception is with Venting between the Trap and the Wye, but nobody ever vents first and then "Wye-combines" as it's not efficient use of wall cavity space. In some situations it is a solution to add an AAV to vent the DWV of a kitchen P trap. Learn more and hire a plumber if you need two P traps connected in new plumbing. And take no action based on learning anything from any smart person on the internet. Plumbing requires thousands of hours of training and shaping the geometry of new drains is one of the hardest subjects. hth

Most contractors worth anything would walk away from a new install job installed by someone else I've done it more times than I can count. They don't have a fritter to fry in such a scenario. Is there some HVAC company out there to help you out of a bad decision on your part? NO. Unless you get previous company to pull out equipment give money back. There is no warranty for improperly installed equipment. The manufacturer isn't going to help you either they will tell you to call a licensed contractor in your area. Why do you think it is harped over and over again by me as well as others the most important part to HVAC systems is not the brand... it's the installation and who is performing that function? Why do these rules even exist? primarily for more than one reason. You call in a 2nd or 3rd HVAC contractor to fix a new system. That contractor is likely to assume what when they look at the equipment serial number and see the unit is less than a year old. It would draw a flag if I looked at it being even 2 years old *IF* the house is an older house. (New construction is different) Why would something like that get flagged? Sales of equipment over the internet, hiring unlicensed contractors up to and including self installed or having an uncle or friend install it etc. So you wait 3 years then call another HVAC contractor? Maybe you fool some company doing that, but it's a fools errand. If you're in the Mr. Fudd camp, thinking I am just making stuff up to paint a picture? Truth is stranger than fiction. I fix air conditioners and furnaces. I don't fix people or their perceptions as to what it takes to actually do my job. You don't have to like it.
