New tv show to catch

I have enjoyed the new tv show on National Geographic channel called the "Incredible Dr. Pol." He is a long time veterinarian in Michigan who treats pets and farm animals too. He is quite a character and it is an interesting show.

They follow him for a day as he treats patients on farms and in his office, where other vets work too. They give you the follow up on the animals too. Some don't make it, so it is not all happy, happy.

I am amazed that the farm animals are able to heal hurt hooves and legs in the muck that they walk around in even with his medicines and bandages.

I just went online and watched Episode One and will watch Episode Two later, then tune in next Saturday on TNGC for the new episode. The only thing I'm worried about is when the animals have to be put down, I know I'm going to cry like a baby! Other than that, I was impressed with the first episode.

Glad to hear Body of Proof is back-Like that one. I have Revenge DVRd but I haven't gotten around to watching it yet. Can't say I am thrilled to watch it and sounds like most of you weren't either. Frankly, I don't need any more new shows to get into! I love Hawaii 5-0 Don't like the new girl character, but last week she added a BIG surprise ending!! Watched 2 Broke girls-seemed okay, funny but wonder if it will last. DH's Monday night football won out this Monday so I just missed it. Saw a little of Whitney...again, okay, not sure it will last. Not sure I even want it too. The Office and Parks and Rec are also waiting in the DVR. How did I live before that???

I really like The Catch, and am sorry to see it go. I also like Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders, but that is cancelled also. Blacklist: Redemption was good, but not nearly as good as Blacklist.

I always watch Poldark but will have to check out The Collection next time. Speaking of Poldark....... I am curious to find out the father of Elizabeth's baby but It probably won't be in this series. Guess I will have to read the books to find out sooner.

I watched Edie Falco in The Sopranos, Nurse Jackie, and now Tommy. IMO, every TV series she has been in has proven she is a wonderful actress and the shows have been well written.
