Hi heavenlyfarm---Michael, Though we haven't traded I just wanted to welcome you back. I can almost feel your excitement from all the seed trading you have done and also Winter Sowing for the first time (I'm guessing). I see from your reviews that you already known as a really good trader. Reading your Member Page blurb makes me smile, as I too fell in love with the good country life at a very young age. chemocurl...aka Sue

My Mom says the same thing about Bishops weed, she is in NC. I dig some up for her every year and she takes it home and it slowly dies from there! It rarely returns the next year and if it does it is a small piece,I told her it is probably better that way anyway, very few plants can make it through the "canopy" to survive, and it lets nothing reseed, which is sometimes good and sometimes bad.Than there is the rust,I cut it back twice a year because no matter where it is it gets that awful rust. It is pretty, but something I could live without in my gardens. Now maybe in a container it would behave,I haven't noticed any reseeding, just root propagation. Mine makes the messes also, but like yours always seems to make up for it in some other way. He ripped the shed down in less than an hour,it would have taken me days to get that baby down! LOL....dogs do love the dirt don't they? Having the cement floor will also help with fleas, roundworm and other parasites also. We had to pen our dog when he was around for the same reason,he was a Boxer and loved to eat dirt...lol..he was always getting little pimple like things around his mouth, dropping clumps of moist dirt all over from his mulls and than there was the paw fulls of dirt he would bring in ,the pen was a life saver! :)

"I have never felt it really was a blended family, more like two families living under the same roof." You're right, it's not a family. I think in order for a blended family to be successful there has to be one set of rules for everyone in the house. The two parents should come to an agreement on these rules and apply to them ALL kids the same. It sounds like in this situation what's good for the goose is not good for the gander. While you have no problem with your husband correcting your kids, he has a problem with you correcting his. When the two of you discussed getting married, did you discuss family rules and how discipline would be handled? If not, I doubt there's anything you can do to save your marriage and why would you? Sounds like your husband has reached his limit. He's already kicked you out because he said he's warned you for three years not to interfere with his kids but you continue to do so, your daughter is suffering as well, she stays in her room all evening when she gets home from school. And it seems you are stressed out seeing your husband's kids heading down the wrong path. Why subject yourself to more stress? I think you are better off without him and his family. Your husband seems fine with his kids behavior, so why would you subject yourself and your kids to more of the same?

Well.. phase one is in process and it looks like I may have a new problem (lucky me).. The new problem seems to be relative to the primer. The engine normally starts right up on the first pull after priming. I repeated the 3x prime and pull cycle about 10 times before it finally started. On the non starting attempts it made no effort to fire as if there was no fuel. On the final pull it started perfectly with no sputter or any sign of anything out of the ordinary. Just before the primer encounter above.... I got rid of all the old fuel in the gas can and refilled with REC 90 non ethanol and added 1oz of StarTron. I added one oz of StarTron directly into the fuel tank which had old fuel in it. After I got the engine running with all the repeat priming it ran pretty well. About 3/4 of the way thru the yard I did get a couple 'missing' events each lasting less than one second. These were not nearly as severe as before. Also note that the yard was not that tall so the engine was not nearly as loaded as when it acted up badly before. Thanks very much for the continuing help. I appreciate it. Oh.. the dang recoil cord finally broke! There was enough cord to let me reattach the pull handle near to the engine rather than its normal location on the mower handle
