As a couple people have said the grout width is just as important as the color. If you look at the wood your tile is sitting on, there is no line. So I’d go with a 1/16 inch grout line. Such narrow lines requires a talented tile setter, so I hope you have one available. That so I don’t really like any of your grout color choices. Your tile has a yellow undertone and none of your grout does. I’d look at a different manufacturer and see if they make a different color set. From personal experience I know floor grout tends to darken over time so of the choices you’ve shown I’d go with the middle one. If it’s a high wear area, you might consider an epoxy grout for durability.

I would not order the furniture until you are in the home. Here is my wedding gift to you, a floor plan with a grid. Each square equals one foot. I suggest you allow your new husband the opportunity to lay out the furniture to meet his requirements. I have my doubts that anyone will be able to satisfy the list.. I took a few minutes to lay out a 9x12 rug on the floor and some furnishings. There is no way to have two sofas unless they face one another with a back to the fireplace These chairs are 36" square and the sofa shown is 36" deep and 90 inches long. You could have something like this below if the beige sofa is a loveseat. Here are two 90 inch sofas facing one another. You can see there isn't enough room to add a recliner to this layout and still be able to walk between the kitchen counter, which I assume will have barstools, and the recliner. Good luck to you.

Wow! Very good job! And now you have everything at your fingertips! And know where things are! Huge improvement! If you enjoy seeing the instruments on the shelfs, that’s your reward for all this great work. And it keeps some fairly open space too. You could hang on walls as art as Calidesign mentioned above. But somehow I think on the shelfs will help you keep shelves in order. But certainly a personal choice! My only wish, is we could hear some music from you!!!
