if it hasn't already been done, for her inspirational postings each day! She has really perked up the KT by posting these questions and creating topics for all to add their input. I don't always participate but enjoy reading the posts..

Last post is not showing up so we will try again Yes it will have a wider turing circle how much not sure Yes her backing it up should be easy because she will nolonger have to reach back to get in the gear in revese it will have a push button Forward-Neutral-Reverse makeing it have 5 Forward speeds and 5 Reverse speed. The same motor is used to power both the wheels and blade this is done the same way that one engine control both the drive disk turn the drive wheel and has a belt that hooks to it also see snapper parts book to see. There is 220 pounds of batterys on it that the reason I added the exter axle that should keep it from digging down. I agree! I *love* this place. We probably wonÂt begin our remodel until Spring of 2012. Just think of everything I will know by then! It will be interesting to see if a white kitchen with a white marble island and soapstone perimeters are still what I want. :-)

I want to say thank you too. I have never in my life seen so much mail in my little po box. What a joy to open it and see all the familiar names of my friends smiling back at me. I am going to buy some ribbon tomorrow and hand them on my back door. I will take a picture when I get done. I still have cards going out tomorrow. I also ran out of stamps and it snowed here in South Carolina on Friday. So the whole town shut down! Well, not really, but it was a mess and I did not have the right car to be driving in the ice and snow. Hugs to ALL of you. Trish

Although I'm not sure why you posted the food thread. I wouldn't worry about getting your hand slapped, but just SOB the food topics. I personally love the recipes, and plan to use a few for my deer hunters/Thanksgiving.

Thank you all, that was really nice! I love getting to know you all, I know there are a bunch out there who don't like me and think my posts don't belong, but last I checked (and was told vehemently by some on the "Food" topic that I wasn't really welcome and they didn't like my questions. I find it really sad that some people prefer to stick to the same ol' same ol' and not expand their minds. There is something to be learned from everyone here.

I'm more of a lurker than poster here but I want to add my opinion. I think you are misreading the posts in the Food thread, Michelle. It is not so much that some people dislike your questions or dislike you personally, but some people feel you are posting too much. When one opens the Kitchen Forum and sees a bunch of threads posted by one person, there's a sense of that person trying to dominate--just like a person who dominates in face-to-face conversation.

I appreciate Michelle's questions and look forward to them.

I see it as her trying to liven things up and keep it interesting and fun for all.

Michelle...please e-mail me. I'd really like to ask you something. But if you choose not to, I totally understand.

LOL- I just saw the "food" post and thought how ironic that the two posts appeared on the same day. I can say that I didn't see the other post before I posted mine and that mine wasn't made as any reason of siding with or promoting either either opinion. It was truly something that I had been thinking and I logged in to write and then the next day I saw the "food" discussion. Not to say that I wouldn't have voiced this opinion, because I would have, but to let it be known that it wasn't made for any intent of bashing the other. If it had been made for that reason, I would have made it on that post rather than start a new one.

If people don't like or simply perceive someone as "dominating" a forum LOL then they are free to post their own topics and simply ignore the postings of those they don't care to respond to.

Unlike a face to face conversation there is no "interrupting" on a forum nor a need to wait for someone to pause in conversation.

Marita, please show me where "posting too much" is written in the bylaws. How many is too many? 3? 5? 50?

It isn't as if I am bumping posts off the site, they are just added to the lists. I happen to post at one time of the day usually, and that is during the middle of the night either on my break at work or when I get home. When you wake up you may see 5-10 posts from me, but I have seen people post the same amounts during a 24 hour span.

And as Wildchild said, if you don't like it, scroll on by! There are many posts here that don't interest me, I just don't open them, but it seems that people are intent to aim their frustrations at me. Go for it, I am always up for a good debate!
