Only 3 days, this week, due to the holidays.

Worked off some of the soreness from using the machines yesterday.

Hi!! new to posting here, but I am sharing your frustration over GSTs. I just ordered 3 more from Shady Oaks, and two bit it by the time I got up this morning. I thought maybe a tiny spider was getting the one itty bitty, but I couldnt see too well, but it may have been another cat I saw balled up over him. Thinking it was a spider, I swatted it away. So I have one lone cat left, just like last time. The last one got really big, and I guess he finally wandered off to pupate. But he sure didnt move much. So I will watch the one ittbitty. I did get some really huge PVSTs. I have never seen one! I really hope they pupate alright. And after being so sad over not getting any BSTs on my very lush fennel, I ordered some along with this order, and presto! new hatched cats! Oh and GF when just hatched look like short little yellow strings. Then they get red. I watch them munching out my kitchen window.The funny thing also is my mom thought I was insane when I started getting into this, so that my then 5 yo son could see the lifecycle, after awhile, and taking her to Shady oaks for the tour, she absolutley loves it too now. Chandra, I would like to send some mineral to the plant exchange. I am closer to being at the toxic level than I am of having too little. I feel I am walking a thin line, I want to build my soil with organic matter but I already have above optimum in Zn, P, and K, and if I don't keep the PH at the proper lever Fe can be a problem. I have been thinking about growing corn in that garden and feeding the stalks to the cattle, of shredding them and tilling them into my new garden. I have not tested it yet so I have no idea what the mineral count in it is. I only started the new garden last year and it has few amendments in it. Larry

Isn't there any way you can secure the pots so they don't fly away? The wind and rain have really picked up here and it's just getting worse. If you must move them to keep the pots from flying I'd leave at leave as much growth as possible. Good luck, stay safe and hope you don't get any damage from Sandy.

DH and I each do at least 20 minutes on the Wii Fit almost every morning. We've each earned our 'Gold Pig' -- the piggy bank of exercise minutes. I do aerobic stepping, short runs, the obstacle courses and the 'chicken flights' (not sure of the name of that one). Now that the weather is better, we can get outdoors more. I'll walk. He'll bike and stroll with our Westie.

Took Georgy for an hour brisk walk. Trying to drag myself out again but don't think I'll make it. Going to iron my table cloth and napkins and set the table for Thanksgiving.

Jill and I walked laps around the 2nd floor. Just enough to make me sweat a little and probably stink! LOL

I will be going at 6pm for a 90 minute yoga class:) So yes soon I will have my exercise done for the day.

No....I have been sick with asthma for three weeks.....just walking from one room to another is enough exercise until I get to feeling better.

I taught 5,6, and 7 year olds today. My brain, despite my sinus infection, is well exercised, mainly from multi-tasking.

Nope, had to take DH for an annual doctor's visit, then to Wal-Mart. I hope to get back on my gym schedule after Thanksgiving.

Did a mile with my walking tapes late tonight.

20 minutes on the treadmill. 50 situps while holding 10lbs of weight. 2 sets of pushups against a table.

I am sooooooooo out of shape. Only a diet is gonna help.
