Hand lotion for guests - suggestions please!
Comments (16)Since it's a wedding I would want something a little more upscale in a pretty bottle. Not sure if you would find unscented, but places like Home Goods, TJ Maxx, etc sell nice lotions. I have a set from HG that is lemon...hand soap and lotion on a little white tray..not expensive. You could also try the Body Shop or Bath and Body Works. I also like the idea of a pretty basket with trial sizes of lotions, mouth wash, hand wipes, etc, I think I would also put out those pretty paper hostess towels available at places like BBB(you could look for lotion there too). Your hand towel may not look so nice after a lot of people have used it....See MoreLiquid Soap vs Hand Lotion
Comments (5)I don't use pump lotion. My favorite lotion doesn't come in a pump. However my soap dispenser is always white in both the bathroom and kitchen. If I were to keep both I would make some of those beaded glass identifiers that they use for wine glasses, with a big bead in the center that I could write either an L for lotion or a s for soap. They have gold or silver pens that would work for that, just make sure the bead is not too glossy or it won't take the ink. They could even match the rooms decor. Anyway that's my idea. If you like it then go for it...See MoreDoes lotion/hand cream work in the soap dispensers?
Comments (3)I have done this for years with Kohler. In fact, I had the second dispenser put in for exactly this purpose. Keep in mind what pllog says, though, thin lotions only. The only downside is having to refill the darn thing, but its better than staring at the ugly lotion bottle on the counter! Enjoy!...See MoreCan I Use Hand Lotion in a Soap Dispenser?
Comments (7)We fought with our dispenser with hand soap until a took the forum recommendation and bought the never mt soap dispenser. We have a Kohler dispenser that we could never kept full ( air issues?), now I have not touched it in over a year. Here is a link that might be useful: never mt soap dispenser...See More- 15 years ago
