The Amazing Race last night..... spoiler...

I don't know about you, but I was pretty disappointed in the end of last night's episode. I felt badly for the female half of that team, but I so wanted whiny/quitter dude GONE. If she marries him, he'll berate her and make her feel like crap for their whole time together, you can just tell. She should have told him to take a flying leap off that ferry, as soon as she got her breath back. What a jerk!

I just hated that last night was a non-elimination round, that's their 3rd one this season, I thought we were done with them.

The food challenge was very cool! I think I would have been very, very careful to look and not touch, I know I can't eat a lot at once and I would have had to urp many times if I had eaten like they did! And I think following them into the bathroom was rude, geez. Did we need to see and hear that? No, we did not. How embarrassing for them. And notice- whiny boy again choose not to do the challenge but berated her for doing it her way and not his. Sure- drink water, swallow it whole- get full even faster! He's an idiot. I sure hope they don't figure out a way to win this, I'll be MAD.

I like the other 3 teams just fine, the female pairs both work together well. The couple- they seem bright and fast and aren't hateful, just a little cocky.

And that had to be the worst karaoke I've ever heard, EVER! LOL

I didn't like that couple either. Guaranteed they will not be together 5 years from now.

Casey's right on. I'm not 'aligned' with anyone yet, but do favor the cowboys at this moment. They really had an advantage with the cow milking, etc. lol I really didn't want anyone to go home yet. Sort of wish they'd have 3 or 4 episodes with no eliminations, just prizes for being first, and of course in the timing of who leaves first in the next episode. I don't understand why so many folks here at the KT are rooting for Rachel and Brendon when so many folks here at the KT were so adamantly against Boston Rob and Amber when they were on TAR. The folks who were against Rob and Amber kept saying that because she'd won $1 million on Survivor that they shouldn't be on TAR. Well, Rachel won $1 on Big Brother, so why is it ok for her but not Amber? I think that some of the reasons they've gone to India so many times are that seeing the plight of the people who live there might awaken a humanitarian spirit in those who watch the show; the country can certainly use the money the producers pay in order to film in the country; the show undoubtedly uses (and pays) local folks to work behind the scenes while they are "in county" which is greatly needed; and there are a lot of local customs, etc., that make for good challenges. I like the Kentucky guys. They are having a good time, they're not giving each other grief, and they're playing fairly. And speaking of Boston Rob and Amber, Rob showed a lot of smarts when they were on. Remember the challenge where they had to take a specific number of hardbound books from some store and deliver them to a library and put them all on the shelves? They had to use a handtruck to move them from one location to the other. Well, Rob figured out how to stack the correct number of books on the handtruck so that they only had to make ONE trip between the two locations, while all of the other teams had to make at least two trips. Then, there was that awful meat-eating challenge where one team member had to eat an incredible amount of really gross stuff. If you didn't finish a challenge, you had to endure a two-hour penalty at that location before you could move on to the next task. Well, Rob knew that there was no way that he could eat that stuff, so he said to Amber that all he had to do was officially say he was sitting out the challenge, then wait a few minutes and then talk one other team into sitting it out, too. Because he had started the penalty first, it would guarantee that at least one team would be behind them so they wouldn't get eliminated. He had no trouble at all convincing another team to sit out that challenge, and I think at least one other team decided to sit it out, too. So... Phil made a big mistake on this week's episode when he said to the team who had the two-hour penalty at the pit stop that this was the first time in TAR history that a team that had to wait through a penalty hadn't ended up being eliminated -- because Rob and Amber did it during their season.

I was a fan of Luke and Margie but after last night's show I want them gone. Mommy dearest isn't doing that young man any favors by enabling him. I didn't care for his little hissy fits before but just thought it was editing. Now I think they've been editing to make him look good. They came on the show, they claim, to show that deaf people are just like everyone else and continue over and over again to play the "deaf" card and to top it off bring "race" into it at the mat. I do think the sisters were having a hard time not laughing at him but it was because of his childish behavior not because he was deaf! At first I thought it was just editing but no matter how you look at what happened Lukie can do anything because just in case nobody noticed "he's deaf" after all. I'm surprised the sister he hit didn't just cold cock him. She showed a lot of restraint. Mommy appears to think it's OK for Lukie to hit women. Bet 'lil Lukie kicked her as a child and she let it go because he's frustrated because "he's deaf" after all. Never taught the kid boundaries. The cheerleaders are looking better and better. They're showing more of a sense of humor. I really like watching the Chinese brother and sister developing a better working relationship. They'd get the trophy for most improved were I giving them out. I would love to see them win. In spite of the brothers ineptness and stupid mistakes I don't think any other team enjoyed the adventure more. Mommy needs to let Lukie out of the bubble and he needs to grow up. he's got a tough life ahead of him if something doesn't change and his deafness will be the least of his problems.

I loved that task! I don't know why anyone would choose to churn butter rather than that!! I'm getting sick of the whining by the girl who was in the team that finished first last night. I'm ready for her to leave next.

Someone on another forum suggested that tatoo guy knew it would be a non-elimination, that's why he wanted to take the six-hour penalty. I kind of had the feeling he was still blaming her for them being behind because she had the asthma attack and didn't run fast enough to keep up with him.

Directors might be keeping them (him) around just because viewers dislike him so much. Creates drama!

I like the tatoo couple. I think their relationship is improving since we first saw them. He needs her. I wish he had been more help on the boat....geez a 6 hour penalty. I don't have ANY hope that next week they will be eliminated!

I like all the pairs that are left. Don't know who I'm rooting for to win.....?

This has always been my very favorite TV show. I just love it. Like to sit in my comfy chair and watch all the drama and see the world. Re: the tattoo guy..I don't like him, and she isn't the brightest bulb in the box, but I like her. She is way too nice for him. The food thing almost had ME gagging. I would have looked very very closely at the food first. I want the docs to win.I think they played the game well and are always nice.

I'd love to see either the doctors or the home shopping gals take the prize. No tension or a cross word between them, plus it's time we have an all female team win.

I like tatoo girl, but I don't like her partner. He's a jerk!

I was also annoyed at that miserable guy. If the girl had layed down to nap, he would have screamed and yelled at her, like he does. I really hope they get booted next week. Not sure how anyone can be around that constant negativity in his attitude. I certainly hope she doesn't continue that awful relationship b/c it will end even before it begins.

I'm routing for the shopping hosts.

I was shocked and diappointed that they get to come back~~I really like the girl but he is a butt I would leave him ASAP!!

I want either of the girl teams to win they are all so sweet and play the game very well!

I just read that Chad and Stephanie got married and are expecting a baby! I was mad the couple quit on the boat. I've never seen anyone purposely quit, but I haven't watched for long.

Yes, he is a jerk and will someone please tell him it's 2010 and get some pants that fit!! I love her, but she must have some issues if she is with a guy like that.
