I've been watching on CNN and the other news channels and it looks very violent at times. I sure hope they are in a safe place and can be evacuated ASAP. Will pray for their safety.

Well,I just talked to DS .DDIL was at work when he was talking to my DH earlier. She is a nurse. She wasn't feeling well so she went to the ER,they checked her over and her blood pressure was high. She told them that she was worried about the baby and why,and they did another ultrasound.Everything was fine! What the other one was showing was baby girl Jillian's foot! Now how in the world could they think that had anything to do with loss of amniotic fluid? The two technicians that did the first ultrasound were very unprofessional in the first place. After they spotted the "problem" they started whispering to one another and wouldn't tell DS and DIL what was going on,just that they needed to go to her regular OB on Tuesday.I understand that they were not qualified to make a diagnosis but they shouldn't have been whispering and acting suspicious.Anyway, she is on her way home now and feeling much better and I thank you gwanny23 and anyone else who said a prayer.

Thank you so much for your prayers. I know that they were heard. Diane came through the surgery well. They replaced the valve and they had to do one bypass. They let us see her when she got into ICU. She will probably be there through tomorrow. I just talked to the nurse and they say she is still pretty sedated but they hope to have her sitting up by tomorrow. The first 24 hours are critical, so please keep the prayers going, I know He is listening.Thank you for being here with me.

My special thoughts going out to your Terry for a successful outcome. I hope all is well this morning. I spent yesterday with a cousin whose husband had a liver transplant about 9 years ago. He has done wonderfully and is working, leading a normal life. Yes, miracles do happen.
