That precise point in time when your bloom clock is up but the plant is still taking its sweet time. Becky, I think the key thing will be the size of the bark you want to add. Each Gritty mix component must have a specific size in order for the engineering and physics to work just right. My recommendation would be to use gritty mix for rooting as is without amendments if you have it. After all it's perfect as is... ; P K

Oh no, Joann. I'm sorry to hear that. I ended up with a weird complication this morning. One eye started oozing goo. I called the docs office to speak with a nurse and she said I should get checked out, so I did. They suspect it's indeed a cold virus I'm dealing with, however to give it 2-3 more days and if there is still no improvement they will prescribe an antibiotic. I am now using eye drops, Tessalon Pearls for the relentless cough, and an inhaler standing by for when my coughing gets so bad I can't breathe. They also suspect I'm on the cusp of a sinus infection and that's why my eye is oozing - it's trying to get rid of or reduce bacterial infection. Never heard of such a thing but it is extremely annoying and quite unpleasant to look at. It looks like I've been crying for three days straight- but just the one eye - and is very raw and tender.

With advice from the family (blood related) that I grew up with and advice from another close person who knows all parties I reached out (to one particular person)....Long story short....recent things have made them also question rumor. I already have contact with many of them just through a small, rural area and thru our jobs on occasion. Got together to catch up and discussed it. Bottom line, my biological father does not deserve the title and these others I know as siblings, and more distant cousins and I agree we all had suspicions. So, it is not perfect but I know and like these people and my other siblings who have no relation agree and support it. I appreciate all the advice, and I know many people have bad, bad results and with bio dad mine was but that isn't on me and I hope to get closer with these people who I already know and like and they like me...It has been from younger years that we spent more time together but they are open to things.
