It's a regional sandwich shop, here in the area. My daughter from Albuquerque would stop there for a sandwich, when she drove to Tulsa, while we lived there. She loves their sandwiches too.

A veggie sub from Rick's Oak Tree in Melbourne, FL. Those were the best ever, 3 cheeses, mushrooms, veggies, mayo and mustard, on a really toasted bun.... served with peppercini peppers.

Wish I could find some bread like that.

Real turkey, lettuce and miracle whip on homemade bread.

I've had egg salad on my mind since yesterday when I read Judy's post on whats on your plate post.
But I like almost any sandwich, hot or cold.

I love a Thanksgiving sandwich. Turkey, leftover stuffing, cranberries, and a bit of mayo on a hard roll.

Portabella mushroom.

Something grilled... maybe cheese and pastrami??

A turkey sandwich with mayo, lettuce and a thick slice of Jersey tomato. Unfortunately they are only available a couple of months a year and this isn't one of them.

Subway's veggie delight...whole wheat bread, no lettuce but all the rest of the veggies, toasted with pepper jack cheese, and dressed with oil and vinegar. I'm extra happy if I know I'm going there and bring my own olive oil and wine vinegar.

I also make a home-made version that's just as good.

Seafood salad with tomato on dark rye.

All the above sound so good. I like many sandwichees, but rarely eat them.
I think my favorite is Bacon ( crisp ), tomato, and avocado on grilled sour dough bread with dill pickles and just a touch of mayo and mustard.

A mushroom/swiss cheese/hamburger with fair-style french fries from a little diner not too far from me.

BLT with miracle Whip, sometimes I adsd a slice or 2 of American cheese.

Breaded eggplant, grilled chicken breast, roasted peppers & onions, fresh mozzarella and balsamic vinaigrette on a thick slice of bastone. Burp.

Cold: Real roast turkey or roast beef on white with yellow mustard.

Hot: French Dip

Specialty: Monte Christo (must be deep fried ,not grilled)

A hot roast beef sandwich with gravy and smashed potatoes.

a triple decker clubhouse, but it has to be made the right way:

Three slices toast. On the first one lightly margerine it (I hate butter). Then put a bit of mayo evenly on the slice. Now layer on some REAL turkey (not pressed) and lettuce. Top with a slice of toast. Top that with tomatoes and bacon and one more slice of toast. YUMMERS.

But I also love my roast beef/coleslaw/montery jack grilled sandwich (grilled on Texas toast with garlic butter (margerine). To die for!

Great..............now I'm hungry......

Debby a club sandwich came to my mind too. I also love a good thick hamburger with brown crust on it. Some lettuce a little mustard and ketchup. Mmmmm.
Glenda I've eaten my share of fried Lebanon bologna - not since I was a kid though.

I like deli cheese on white bread with lettuce, tomato, pickle relish and mayo. Yum! Yum!
