Quick & Easy Shrimp Primavera

Total Time: 30 min

Makes: 4

3 cups whole wheat rotini pasta, uncooked

1/4 cup KRAFT CALORIE-WISE Zesty Italian Dressing

1 lb. (450 g) uncooked deveined peeled shrimp

1 large red pepper, chopped

1 cup matchstick-cut carrot pieces

1 cup sugar snap peas

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Light Parmesan Grated Cheese

1 tsp. grated lemon peel

COOK pasta as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp, vegetables and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp are pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.

DRAIN pasta. Add to shrimp mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese and lemon peel.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Substitute 1 lb./450 g boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks, for the shrimp.
