As I was reading down the list, I saw three letters in sequence (beginning with "Jodi-in-s-calif") which was meaningful to me - "J-L-C". Several years ago they tore down a whole block of downtown London to build a large arena, to which a large donation was made by John Labatt, a large brewery, about 4 blocks from the new arena, so it's called the "John Labatt Centre" - or "JLC" in daily parlance. John Labatt originated in London, about 150 years ago, and its headquarters was here until it was sold recently to a foreign brewery ... so big trucks with "Labatt's Blue" on the side are a familiar sight in this area.
