Venison

Does anyone here have and T & T recipes for Venison... ???? Larry and I have processed 10 deer this season so far, and it is only bow season.. we get 25% of the meat for doing the processing... and the venison is beginning to add up.... Last night I ground up 12 lbs. of it and then mixed it with some ground beef suet.... I triple ground it to get it mixed really well.... and then fixed us a couple of burgers with it.. OMG.. they were so good...

But I am looking for something new besides Venison sausage, venison steaks and venison burger...

Y'all are wonderful cooks, so thought that this would be a good starting point..
