Patti, I'm so sorry for your loss. It's funny that this board makes us feel we all know each other, like family! I've thought of you and Harry as "that sweet couple down the road."

In my faith, it's a blessing to be able to be by our loved ones' sides before their passing. I even believe that somehow, they know to hold on just a little bit longer when a relative or friend is on his/her way. Your Harry certainly did.

Harry was such a nice man. I so glad I got to meet him. You are a strong lady and I know you will be fine as you transition into your new life without him.

My mom did that too and all five of her daughters were around her bed when she left. It was a beautiful moment.
