I am really NOT ready for the colder weather and these frosty mornings, but it sure does make beautiful pictures.

Pretty! I like the Sedum and leaves pictures. We actually slept with the window open last night. Not too many hot days left. We should be getting some frost in a month or so.

Oh my gosh ladies, what sweet bird pictures. Jeanne that looks like it came straight out of 'Christmas Ideals' (do they make that magazine anymore? rememeber with the beautiful glossy perfect pictures) Love your log birdhouse. Great shot. Looks so cold and crisp. Sandy how cute. It's been forever (well more than 20 years anyway, lol) since I saw a bird with snow on it's beak like that. Used to love all the little ones that would come around looking for food after a snowstorm. Looks like a little female cardinal Enjoyed the snow pics. Donna

Stephen, you can almost feel the crispness in the air in these beautiful photos. The paths look so inviting and everything looks so perfect. It didn't take long for the reimagination of your garden a few years back to result in a spectacular result with your artful placement of premium cultivars. Always a pleasure to see photos of your amazing garden. Dan

No frost here this morning but I am sure it is on it's way.
And I also slept last night with windows opened in my bedroom.
Very pretty pics, thanks for sharing.

We had frost on the lawn this morning. I am not looking foreward to the messy weather but I sure do enjoy the month of October. We had a perfect day today. Sunny and crisp, with the leaves all coloured. You couldn't ask for better weather. NO need for the furnace but still cool enough for a sweatshirt and jeans. I love it and so does the dog!!! Great walking weather!
