I wonder if they were only 3 inches if they needed to be potted longer? Just a guess - I've never grown them from cuttings.

So the cat's outta the bag. Here's what happened. I thought, shucks, I can make more of these, and you all were so sweet and enthusiastic... I'll just have one main winner and make 8x10s for everyone else who entered. But the first batch turned out awful. The colors were too vivid. So I had to reprint them using a different program and I've gotta say, it takes quite a while to print these things. Anyway, when I was looking for something else, I ran across another print of the same thing, even bigger than the extra I had. So I made that the grand prize, which Shaun won, and then drew again. Annie (hope I'm not telling tales out of school) won the second prize but since she really liked another print more than that one, I decided to make her the one she wanted. Third place went to Chase, who actually got the original extra print. I've already told her to keep her eyes peeled for it. So everyone got something and I hope you all enjoy your prints. A big shout out to AnnT, who so graciously supplied me with ALL of your addresses. I wouldn't be so presumptuous, but Ann, if you wanted a print of something, I would be more than happy to send you one.

Well, today was really nice. Lunch was from CPK. Thai chicken salad, a chinese salad, bolognese pasta with chicken, spinach pasta with light cream sauce, and spaghetti with meat sauce. Then the cookies! There were so many, and all so good! I only tried three varieties, an almond bark, chocolate espresso cookie, and cheesecake cookie. We brought a lot home, and the kids are looking forward to tasting them. We will do the scratch offs tonight. I hope so for the blogger but this kind of bullying is exactly the kind of BS behavior that really gets my goat. That is not how to win customers. Scott
