What a lovely surprise to find such a welcome! Thank you eveyone! I am chuffed. ;o) What a laugh to found that I guessed the right answer to the trivia on Friday. I obviously must have heard that on a trivia quiz somewhere. What a strange thing to remember. I do remember some rather odd things. There is a little about me on my profile. My main hobbies are photography and gardening but I have many other interests too. We are both retired and enjoying time together. We are in a heat wave while you guys are shivering. My green lawn is now brown and many plants are fried. They will recover though. Our main concern at the moment is the many bushfires, some quite close to us. It is very sombering. We used to say calling in sick when you just didn't want to work was called "A Mental Health Day." I remember once, I called in sick, later that day I went to the mall and who should I meet? My office secretary/timekeeper! We both had a good laugh!

I drove tractor/trailer for almost ten years, most of that time running double team with another driver running all 48 staes and part of Canada. We could run Ney York to L.A, Calif in 3-1/2 days and we logged in excess of 200,000 miles a year, I could write a book about what most ppl in cars don't know about driving,,,LOL I think we can rule out parallel parking because you have to do that for a driving test and in truth the way parking is today, the driving test was probably the last time you had need of that skill. Changing a tire seems to be the most obvious answer, although I think proper use of a merging lane to enter traffic on a freeway should be right up there.

LOL I agree, I think our answers are so much better, especially the ones that involve men. Jasdip, my DIL made stuffing so I was not able to try your recipe. I am however making it for Christmas, so I will let you know. I am sure it is wonderful! I am also going to make Pioneer Woman's mashed potatoes that everyone raves about on the cooking forum.
