I'll Share my Recipe if you Share Yours Oct.15

This is from Taste of Home

The combination of mushroom and tomato soup got my attention, and the reviews said the flavours were very good.

Personally, when I use onion soup mix, I cut down dramatically on the amount of salty powder. You can do as you wish, of course.

The recipe calls for pkg of frozen stew veggies, obviously using fresh is an option/advisable.

Slow-Cooker Home-Style Stew

2 pkg (16 oz each) frozen vegetables for stew.

1-1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted

1 envelope reduced-sodium onion soup mix

1/2 cup water

Place the vegetables in a 5-qt. slow cooker. In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, brown beef on all sides.

Transfer to slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over top.

Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until beef is tender.
