This would be a fast and yummy last minute Super Bowl treat. I don't see why you have to cook it in a slow cooker if you're in a hurry. Just cook it until bubbly and transfer to the slow cooker to keep warm.

Sloppy Joe Covered Chips (Meatman@Mimi's)

3 lbs. ground sirloin
3 cans (15 oz. ea.) Manwhich original sloppy Joe sauce
Corn chips

Toppings:
Shredded Cheddar cheese, sour cream and chopped green onions.

Cook beef in a larg skillet until no longer pink. Place beef and sloppy Joe mix ina 4-quart slow cooker. Heat on HI for 1 hour; stir. Serve over corn chips and top with any or all of the toppings.
