Crockpot Beef in Beer

2-1/2 to 3 lb. round steak, cut into 1-1/2" cubes

1/3 c. flour

1 12 oz. can beer*

1 envelope onion soup mix

1 envelope brown gravy mix

In a slow cooker, mix beer, onion soup mix and brown gravy mix. In a plastic bag, shake flour and steak together. Empty bag contents into slow cooker. Stir to coat the meat with the liquid. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours.

*I use 6 oz. beer and 6 oz. water. But you could use beef broth or V-8 juice. Or any of those combined.
