It is a beautiful day today, 61 out and sunny here in central Indiana. Amber, Cheryl and I went to a barn sale. I didn't get much a knife, plastic stacking shelves and a little plastic basket but the girls got several things including a really nice folding high chair. I pushed Alyssa around in her stroller as I looked. Cheryl had wanted to buy some ground beef from them but they were sold out. They raise Longhorn cattle and at times have meat to sell.

We picked up a late breakfast at McDonald's and went to Amber's to eat. Cheryl fed the baby some baby food and we played with the baby. When Cheryl brought me home we gathered some things up for Amber's rummage sale this Saturday. We 3 have plans to go to more rummage sales tomorrow morning and then work on setting up the rummage later in the day. Today I am fixing some of the food we will have to eat. The bean soup is cooking and the brownies are in the oven. I have the eggs boiled and peeled for the sandwich spread and will put that together soon as well as the pork for the barbecue sandwiches. I have my pie dough out of the refrigerator and will make up the apple dumplings too. I have to peel my potatoes for my potato soup that I will put together tomorrow sometime. Cheryl is going to fix chili soup and bring. I love busy days and feeling able to be busy. How about you? Are you busy today and having a beautiful day? Hope so.
