I didn't realize that Robert wasn't killed last year in the accident but was still hanging on on life support. Isn't Rebecca coming back? I like Jason and her together. Dd and I are glad Giles is back and is looking mighty fine on that billboard.

Lots of guestions came up for me last night too?
Is Rebecca off the show?
Is Giles really after just her money? I gave up thinking that last year but now I wonder again.
Why doesn't giles visit with the family, did I miss something?
Is justin ever going to get it together?
How come the kids never eat with them? LOL
Are the gay couple going to make it? I like them as a couple, so I hope so.
Robert sure died quickly and was buried quick ha?

Well I may have nodded off myself as I didn't think of it in terms of Nora having a secret. I was thinking she just didn't want any more reminders of William's shenanigans and wanted the kids to get something out of the company while they could by selling their shares... but maybe the guy that wants to buy the company is the father to one of the kids and she doesn't want that to come out...who knows. Was a good episode on Sunday, it will be nice to have Tommy back for an episode or two. Did it look to you like Kevin had lipstick on when he and Scotty were talking about opening a restaurant? His lips sure were pink! LOL... Suzan J

Well, unless DH and I are mistaken (that we might have missed it being aired before); but Kevin doesn't show up for his birthday party and Kevin, Tommy and Justin all go and confront Dennis York. Based on this summary, we think there are still more episodes to air. DH thinks that Kitty will be elected Senator and move to Washington, which would be a good "out". Neither of us think they will end up in divorce as a way to write Rob Lowe out. I've also heard that Kitty wants out as well.

Having taped Castle and Mentalist and not watched either yet, it makes me wonder. We were over at my step-father's last nite, and chatting and he asked me if I thought Castle would be back next year. That took me by surprise and I told him that we taped it. So he didn't elaborate, but said it's a heck of a finale. So it had BETTER NOT be cancelled!!! To get rid of good shows, to put in reality and crappy sitcoms just makes me boil. Saw a mini segment of Ashton Kutcher with his other 2 co-stars. I don't know how that story line will unfold, and work. Just from what I saw, I don't care for him. Don't rake me over the coals, just my first impression.

No idea. We'll have to keep watching the show.
The only thing I read last year is that Robert AND Kitty want out of the show. Didn't hear anything about Rebecca.

I don't think so, but the thought never entered my mind that he was after the money

Spoiler-- Just watched the Tivo of Sunday's show this morning.

You were not supposed to know for sure what happened to Robert as the last season ended. Clearly, Kitty decided it was for the best to pull the plug for Robert and they moved from her indecision quickly to the post funeral scene. Rob Lowe wanted to do some other roles and leave this one. Moreover, a large cast is an expense for the show.

I don't know about money being the attraction between the older daughter and Giles. Nor do I know if the young wife will return.

I think they want to keep everyone guessing to build some suspense to bring the audience back week after week. The writers must be running low on things that they can do to these characters.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the state Holly was in. Is it because of the accident, Alzheimer's or something else?

I read today that Rebecca did not renew her contract. She won't be back.

Oh heck, I like Rebecca. I was not expecting Holly to have suffered brain damage. That will be weird. I still like the show but will miss Robert and Rebecca.

You should be able to pick up the story line Lavon. Do a quick google to find out the history between Nora and Holly; who Rebecca is, and the story of the family fortune.

I love Justin. He was always a favorite, but he seems to have matured enormously in his year away. (And I had read that the actress that played Rebecca had declined to renew her contract, though she's supposed to be back for a couple episodes this fall, probably to wrap up her story line.)

It never occurred to me that Luc was after Sarah's money. I do hope not.

I so hope they don't split up Kevin and Scotty. Scotty is just wonderful.
