Brothers and Sisters...the show

So, what do you think Nora's big secret is that she wants to keep from her children? I was really tired while watching on Sunday and I hope they didn't reveal it when I nodded off. If Nora had an affair with this guy, surely it would be something her children could accept. I mean, look at some of the things William walker did. It must be something really big for Nora to be talking to Tommy and having him convince all the children to sell their shares in the family business.

Well I may have nodded off myself as I didn't think of it in terms of Nora having a secret. I was thinking she just didn't want any more reminders of William's shenanigans and wanted the kids to get something out of the company while they could by selling their shares...
but maybe the guy that wants to buy the company is the father to one of the kids and she doesn't want that to come out...who knows.
Was a good episode on Sunday, it will be nice to have Tommy back for an episode or two.
Did it look to you like Kevin had lipstick on when he and Scotty were talking about opening a restaurant? His lips sure were pink! LOL...

I love this show, glad I didn't miss it this week as it was on last night instead of Sunday here.
I wondered if Nora was pressured by the guy like Holly was and maybe Tommy is the result? It seemed odd that the guy specifically mentioned Tommy and where he was,Nora even commented on that.

I absolutely love Brothers and Sisters. In fact, it's probably my favorite right now. After watching the previews, I was fairly convinced that it wasn't a problem with the baby, as they tried way too hard to make it appear so. Of the Walker family, Tommy is my least favorite but I still hate to see him go. This time, I have been rooting hard for him (bad guy) in hopes that he will succeed in wiping Holly out of the company. Holly is really the character that I "love to hate" on this show.

The longer that show stays on, the most I dislike it. That's a family that quarrels and belly aches over stuff that most families would just let go. It's like they don't want to get along and I get a little tired of that. If I miss many shows this year, it won't bother me.

I"m glad others are discussing what a wreck Josh is. Crying on only the 2nd day, blowing up on Megan, paranoid that he was being targeted. He needs to go home. I liked Cody. Liked that he doesn't like Paul and that he won't be pulled into saying too much. But I don't like him so much anymore. He really has no reason to dislike Megan and that was just mean to say that's the reason he was putting her up on the block. And why didn't he put Paul up??? I know he's thinking about backdooring him, but chances are it won't happen. It'll be the first of lost opportunities. Looks like a good season though. The temptations and the consequences of taking them will make for lots of twists.

I'm going to have to quit multitasking while watching TV. I didn't pick up on that at all. I just assumed she was asking him to come home to solve the mystery that could save the company.

sjarz, I have been noticing this past year how much lipstick is worn by male tv stars on many shows. It is way too much. Sometimes the guys have redder or pinker lips that the actresses on the same show! I wonder why makeup artists aren't more light handed with the male lipstick.

I thought the Dennis guy told Nora that she needed to see to it that the Walker children sold their shares od stock or he would "tell" them. So, it seems he has a big secret that Nora doesn't want the family to know about. I'm assuming that he and Nora must have had an affair but not so sure why she would be so upset about the kids finding this out, since William surely had his share of affairs. Ever since this Dennis character has been on the show, Nora seems to have been nervous when his name is mentioned.

Just read something interesting about this on another forum. Remember how they've been trying to find something out about Narrow Lake ? Those letters also are the letters in Nora Walker. I guess there's not another show until April 11th and that will be a two part show. This show will start off flashing back to the beginning of the Walkers and will move up to present. Many on the other MB seem to think one of the Walker children are fathered by this Dennis character. The "secret" tool place in 1973, which would have been about the time Kevin was born. Now, I can't wait for April 11th to roll around.

I think the same thing..that one of the children was fathered by him. I love this show. Hate that Rob Lowe is leaving. Will he die? They're getting along so it can't be a divorce.

Yes, I will also miss Rob Lowe. I was thinking that Kitty's new political career might push Robert away and cause a divorce but I don't think there's enough time for that to happen. I have also been reading that Calista may not be returning to the show, so that would mean they would both exit. I am happy to know that there will definitely be another season for this show.

I've always thought that Kevin looked like he was drinking fruit punch. His lips are very pink.

I bet you're right about the affair and one of kids being his. But at the same time, what a hypocrite she would turn out to be. Very observant withe the Narrow Lake/Nora Walker thing. That HAS to be something.
